Deleting Your Account and Personal Data (Right to Erasure)

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. To do so, email info@emilygowor.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” from the email address associated with your account.
Once we receive your request, we will:

Verify your identity, to protect against fraudulent requests
Begin processing the deletion
Complete removal of your account and personally identifiable information from our active systems within 30 days of receiving your verified request
Send you confirmation (via email) once deletion is complete

Some information may be retained beyond this where we are legally required to (for example, financial records for tax/accounting purposes) or where needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements and this retained data will not be used for any other purpose. Residual copies may also take a short additional time to clear from encrypted backup systems.

We have users and customers around the world, including in New Zealand, across Asia, and in the United States.
